Full HVAC system inspection and equipment documentation
Air filter, blower motor/wheel/housing, and evaporator inspection
Electrical safety and component testing
Refrigerant performance check
Temperature split measurement (Delta T)
Thermostat inspection and calibration

Drain line clearing and safety switch testing
Written condition report with clear recommendations
All findings are documented at the time of service. Any failed or declining components noted during inspection are excluded from 6-Month Guarantee coverage if repairs are declined.

Pre-existing failed components
Repairs declined at time of service
Parts documented as near end-of-life
Power surges, lightning, storms, flooding, or external damage
Systems serviced or altered by another contractor
Lack of routine homeowner responsibilities (such as filter replacement)
Full written terms available upon request.
