Terms and Conditions

By enrolling in the Prestige Protection Plan (Essential or Plus), the customer agrees to the following terms:

Equipment Eligibility

  • Plan coverage applies only to HVAC systems that are safe, accessible, and in operable condition at the time of enrollment.

  • Prestige HVAC Solutions reserves the right to inspect the system prior to acceptance.

  • If the system is deemed unsafe, neglected, or non-functional, enrollment may be denied or postponed until required repairs are completed.

Unit Limitation

  • This plan covers one HVAC unit only.

  • Additional systems at the same property may be added for an additional fee per unit.

Payment Terms

  • Customers may pay annually in full or through monthly auto-pay installments.

  • A valid card must remain on file throughout the plan term.

  • Monthly plan members are committing to a full 12-month agreement.

  • Plan benefits may be suspended if payment fails or is past due.

  • Partial-year refunds are not issued for annual plans if canceled early.

  • Members will be contacted within 60 days of their plan's expiration to confirm renewal or cancellation.

Auto-Pay Authorization

  • By choosing the monthly payment option, the customer authorizes Prestige HVAC Solutions to automatically charge the stored payment method each month for the agreed plan amount ($17/month for Essential or $35/month for Plus).

  • This authorization remains in effect for the duration of the 12-month plan unless canceled in accordance with the cancellation policy.

  • Customers may cancel their plan by providing written notice at least 5 business days before the next billing date.

  • No partial month refunds will be issued once a billing cycle has been charged.

Coverage Limits

  • Included service calls cover diagnostic time only.

  • Parts and labor for repairs are billed separately at the discounted member rate (10% off for Essential, 15% off for Plus).

  • Preventive maintenance visits are scheduled by Prestige HVAC Solutions in alignment with seasonal availability and operational demands.

  • Included PMs and waived service calls reset annually on the anniversary of the enrollment date, not by calendar year.

Cancellation Policy

  • This is a 12-month service agreement.

  • If paid in full for the year, customers may cancel at any time with no fee. Membership remains active until the end of the 12-month term and will not auto-renew unless requested.

  • For monthly billing members, early cancellations are subject to a one-time cancellation fee to offset services already delivered and ensure fairness to all plan holders:

  • $50 for Essential Plan

  • $100 for Plus Plan

Plan Abuse

  • This plan is designed to support proactive maintenance and fair-use repair support.

  • Misuse of benefits - including frequent re-enrollments, excessive scheduling without repair needs, or misrepresentation of system condition - may result in termination without refund.

Scheduling

  • Members receive priority scheduling over non-members.

  • While every effort is made to accommodate requests quickly, immediate or same-day service is not guaranteed during peak demand periods.
